Privacy policy

1. Who the data controller is

The controller of your data is Lavinia Kroner-Holunga, LaVie Moss & Magic. You can contact us at contact@laviemossandmagic.com.

2. What data we collect and why

• The contact form — first name, email address, subject and message. We use them solely to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Registration requests (group, circle, events) — your email address, in order to send you the participation details. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Newsletter — your email address, in order to occasionally send you letters and news from the MOSS space. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
• Bookings — these are made through the external platform Cal.com, which collects your name, email address and any notes you leave. Cal.com has its own privacy policy.

We do not collect sensitive data through the website and we do not make automated decisions based on your data.

3. Cookies and technical data

The website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not include any traffic analytics tools. We only use temporary browser storage (sessionStorage) so that the newsletter window is not shown to you repeatedly within the same visit, and to remember the language you have chosen; this information never leaves your device.

The fonts and all page resources are hosted on the website’s own servers; no resources are loaded from Google or other third parties when you simply visit a page.

4. Who we share the data with

The data is processed only by providers who help us operate the website, acting as processors:

• Web3Forms — forwards messages from the forms to our email address.
• Brevo — manages the newsletter subscriber list and sends the emails.
• Cal.com — booking meetings.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

5. How long we keep the data

• Messages from the contact form: up to 2 years after the last correspondence.
• Newsletter address: until you unsubscribe.
• Booking data: in line with the Cal.com policy and for as long as needed for our work together.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contact@laviemossandmagic.com. We will reply within 30 days at the latest.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro, or with the supervisory authority in your own country.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when the way the website works changes. The current version is always available at this address. See also the Terms and conditions.
